CarterPierce is partnering with a leading, PE-backed healthcare company in a fast-growing category to recruit a Director/Vice President of Corporate Development.

About the Role

The Director/VP will lead a lean team and own a high-velocity M&A process from evaluation through close, including financial modeling, valuation, Investment Committee materials, LOI development, due diligence, and physician relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation

• Prepare Investment Committee materials

• Develop Letters of Intent (LOI)

• Manage due diligence processes
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 7–8 years of post-undergraduate experience including investment banking experience or private equity and MUST HAVE health care corporate development experience
\n
• Healthcare experience required
\n
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution skills
\n
• Proven ability to manage multiple deals and senior stakeholders
