QuickPro Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to support a busy wash bay operation. This position is responsible for cleaning, sorting, handling, inspecting, and processing formwork panels and related materials.

The Wash Bay Production Associate plays an important role in keeping production moving efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, cleanliness, and productivity. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, and able to maintain a consistent pace throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Processing

• Clean formwork panels according to company standards.
• Remove concrete residue, debris, and contaminants using approved tools and equipment.
• Prepare materials for inspection, repair, and staging.
• Process materials accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a consistent workflow throughout the shift.

Production & Efficiency

• Work toward established daily productivity and square footage goals.
• Support the Shift Lead in maintaining production schedules and workflow.
• Communicate delays, bottlenecks, or material shortages to leadership.
• Maintain a productive work pace while following all quality and safety requirements.

Quality Control

• Inspect materials for damage, excessive wear, or defects during processing.
• Separate damaged or non-conforming materials and report concerns to leadership.
• Ensure cleaned products meet company quality standards before staging.
• Follow established cleaning procedures to minimize rework.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and only as trained and authorized.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, near misses, and equipment concerns promptly.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings while working around heavy equipment and moving materials.

Housekeeping & Organization

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Keep wash bay equipment, workstations, and material storage areas orderly.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist with end-of-shift cleanup and housekeeping.

Equipment Operation

• Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment as trained and authorized.
• Complete required pre-operation equipment inspections.
• Report damaged tools, equipment issues, or maintenance concerns immediately.
• Assist in keeping equipment clean, operational, and ready for use.

Tools & Equipment

Employees may be required to operate or work with:

• Industrial power washer — up to 18,000 PSI
• Floor buffer
• Plastic extrusion welder
• Angle grinder
• Triangular Alkus scraper
• Forklift and other material-handling equipment
