Family Assistant

A prominent family is seeking an exceptional Family Assistant to join their team and provide high-touch support. This role is ideal for a proactive, adaptable, and resourceful candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly manage the many moving parts of a dynamic lifestyle. This is a full-time, 5 days onsite position, requiring flexibility for weekends, early mornings, evenings, and travel. Responsiveness and reliability are essential, with the ability to accommodate changing needs and priorities. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of the family, including complex calendar management, household operations, communications, expenses, errands, event planning, travel logistics, and recurring direct childcare. This individual will work closely with household staff, vendors, family, and other key contacts including the Executive Assistant to ensure priorities are handled seamlessly and proactively. Strong organization and follow-through are essential, as this role requires balancing multiple requests while anticipating needs and staying ahead of changing schedules. The ideal candidate is intuitive, solution-oriented, and consistently one step ahead, anticipating needs and following through without repeated direction.
