Experienced Family Law Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Family Law attorney to join our growing team. We welcome attorneys who bring strong legal fundamentals, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in family law.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, support, and property division
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct client consultations and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the life of a case
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management
• Maintain compliance with California Rules of Professional Conduct and firm billing policies

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in family law
• Familiarity with MyCase or similar practice management software

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $200,000–$250,000 , commensurate with experience
• Health insurance, 401(k) match, State Bar licensing fee reimbursement
