Certified Remediation & Restoration Technician

We are growing and looking for Certified Remediation Technicians. Experience / Qualifications: Must be a IICRC certified or have the knowledge to test to obtain certification. Must have trade experience and knowledge in drywall, paint, and preferably minor carpentry Previous experience in residential water loss. Understanding and following proper protocol for water, mold and fire repairs. Knowledge of proper moisture mapping and documentation. Experience in equipment setting, usage, monitoring and inventory is required. Previous experience in setting containments, demo, sample tagging, prep and cleaning for air testing. Must have clean diving record, with the ability to drive company vehicles. Reliable and dependable for daily work assignments. Required to work on call and after hours as part of the EMS team. Must have common tools to perform daily assignments. Customer Service experience is required, must be able to discuss remediation concerns, and needed corrections with clients and management daily. Previous documentation, estimating and report writing a plus. Flooring repairs a plus. (carpet kick back, stretching, and pad installation) Previous other trade repair knowledge is a plus.
