Field Reimbursement Manager - Neuroscience, (Tampa, FL) - Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for its Tampa, Florida neuroscience territory to serve as the primary field-based expert on patient access, reimbursement education, and issue resolution with healthcare providers. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and payers to remove barriers to treatment initiation and adherence across the neuroscience portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, coding, and payer requirements
• Collaborate with field teams including sales representatives and account managers on access and fulfillment issues
• Conduct field-based reimbursement support and education, spending up to 50% time on-site with providers
• Build relationships with customers and manage territory logistics, routing, and account planning
• Partner with internal departments and managed care colleagues to address access barriers and anticipate policy changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in account management or reimbursement
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and pharmacy/medical benefits
• Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Strong critical thinking and intellectual curiosity
• Understanding of evolving healthcare ecosystem and payer dynamics
