Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized virtual psychotherapy to individuals grappling with mental health challenges and substance use disorders, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that integrate evidence-based strategies and solution-focused interventions.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, specifically designed for the substance abuse recovery process.

• Maintain clinical records with accuracy and compliance, ensuring all documentation meets state regulations and standards of care.

• Work closely with our treatment team, engaging in collaborative discussions to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for all patients.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health and substance abuse resources to empower them on their journey to recovery.

• Stay updated on the latest research in mental health and substance abuse treatment and integrate this knowledge into daily practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
