Warehouse Receiving & Inventory Coordinator

The Warehouse Receiving & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures all deliveries are accurate, documented properly, and integrated into inventory systems while maintaining organized stock areas and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices
• Accurately record inventory transactions and maintain up-to-date inventory systems
• Report and document any discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items
• Organize and maintain stock areas to ensure efficient storage and retrieval
• Assist with inventory control processes, including cycle counts and audits
• Coordinate with vendors, finance, and internal warehouse teams to resolve issues and ensure timely processing
• Safely operate warehouse equipment in compliance with company safety policies
• Follow all workplace safety standards and procedures
