Remote Accounting Associate

Supporting a CPA firm focused on Dental and Healthcare practices, the full-time Remote Accounting Associate will manage 20-30 clients' accounts, handling accounts payable/receivable, payroll, month-end closing, and financial transactions using QuickBooks. Key responsibilities Managing and maintaining the accounts receivable process to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection Performing monthly and weekly bank reconciliations for accurate financial reporting Supporting the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to all employees Required qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the Accounting + Finance industry A degree in accounting or a related field Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software Strong knowledge of accounting principles, particularly in accounts receivable and bank reconciliations Excellent numerical skills and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
