Medical AssistantMA must work up until the Physician is completed with all patients. Therefore, they need someone who can stay beyond their end time to finish out the day if/when needed. Schedules are adjusted as needed in cases of shifts worked over 8 hours. The practice manager releases shift schedules 1 week in advance. The Medical Assistant (MA) assists the practice manager and physicians in maintaining a patient/customer focus, supports the delivery of high-quality care, shares a passion for patient and customer centered care, and assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial/operational targets. The MA provides patient care through performance of patient preparation, interviewing, technical tasks, and patient/family communication. Looking for candidates who need minimal training and is able to come in and contribute to practice immediately. Previous EPIC experience preferred. 2 rounds of interviews: 1. Teams 2.
