Litigation Paralegal

We have partnered with a well-established and growing law firm with offices across the country to identify an experienced Litigation Paralegal based in West Palm Beach, FL. Hybrid Schedule: 3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote This opportunity is ideal for an experienced litigation paralegal who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting complex matters from inception through trial. The firm is seeking someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide strong litigation support throughout the life of a case. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel regarding case status and litigation matters Organize and maintain detailed case files, litigation databases, and correspondence Draft, review, and assist with filing legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, discovery responses, and exhibits Assist with all stages of discovery including document production, privilege logs, and written discovery Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, court appearances, and meetings Conduct factual investigations and legal research utilizing legal research platforms and other available resources Assist attorneys with trial preparation including organizing exhibits, evidence, witness files, and trial materials Manage document collection, organization, and production while ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation from case inception through trial Qualifications 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred Experience supporting complex litigation matters from inception through trial Strong experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, subpoenas, court filings, and trial preparation Experience within commercial litigation, insurance defense, business litigation, fraud-related matters, or complex civil litigation preferred Exposure to medical records and document-intensive litigation matters is a plus Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, and filing requirements Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with attorneys and legal teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and litigation case management software preferred For immediate consideration, please send an updated copy of your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr Frederick Fox
