PotomacWave is seeking a Bid & Capture Manager to identify, shape, pursue, and win federal opportunities while expanding our footprint in the Federal marketplace. The role will lead the full BD, bid, and capture lifecycle from opportunity identification, qualification, and customer engagement through capture strategy, teaming, proposal development, negotiations, and contract award.
