Contribute to the development of the firm’s private companies platform. Requirements Minimum of three years of experience with early-stage and growth-stage companies. Experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm. Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school. Education Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the state of California. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
