Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Humam Resource Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources functions. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with at least two years of HR experience  who is ready to take on a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment . If you have a foundational understanding of HR practices and are eager to grow your career, we want to hear from you!
Job Specifications:
-  Job Type: Full-time hours
-  Pay Rate: Competitive salary
-  Shift: Day shift

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Collaborate with management to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
Qualifications & Skills:
-  Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
