We value performance, ownership, trust, collaboration, and doing recruiting the right way.We're continuing to grow, and we're looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter who wants to build with us.The OpportunityThis is not a high-volume, transactional recruiting position.We're looking for a recruiter who understands how to identify, engage, evaluate, and recruit high-performing sales professionals and business leaders for growing organizations.You'll manage searches from initial sourcing through placement, partnering directly with candidates and our internal team to build strong pipelines and deliver exceptional talent to our clients.Our searches span multiple levels, including:Sales Representatives & In-Home Sales ConsultantsSales Managers & DirectorsBusiness Development ProfessionalsMarketing & Growth LeadersOperations & Corporate LeadershipExecutive-Level SearchesYou'll have the autonomy of an experienced recruiter with the support, tools, and resources of a growing search firm.What You'll DoOwn Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage searches from candidate identification and outreach through interviews, evaluation, presentation, offer, and placement.Build High-Quality Candidate Pipelines Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, resume databases, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.Recruit Sales Talent Identify candidates with demonstrated sales performance, leadership ability, strong communication skills, and the ability to succeed in growth-oriented organizations.Conduct High-Quality Interviews Lead phone and virtual interviews designed to understand performance history, career progression, motivations, compensation expectations, leadership capabilities, and overall fit.Manage Multiple Searches Successfully prioritize multiple open positions, candidate pipelines, interviews, and placements simultaneously.Develop Candidate Relationships Build long-term relationships rather than treating candidates as transactions.
