Commercial Account Executive

To grow the Employer business, the full-time remote Commercial Account Executive will identify and close new employer opportunities, lead strategic outreach, and transition accounts for long-term success while collaborating across teams to deliver measurable value. Key responsibilities Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth by identifying and closing high-value opportunities Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends Establish and maintain relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders to position the organization as a trusted advisor Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in employer or health-related industries Proven track record of achieving new logo sales targets in complex, consultative environments Deep understanding of employer procurement processes and budget cycles Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with experience navigating long sales cycles Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus
