Position OverviewPosition Overview
Adventist Health Twin Cities is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Technician (ED Technician) to join a fast-paced Emergency Department team in beautiful Templeton, CA . This is an exclusive EPIC backfill assignment with an auto-offer process for qualified candidates.
The ideal candidate will have recent Emergency Department experience and current EPIC proficiency , allowing them to contribute immediately in a dynamic clinical environment while supporting exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Assist nurses and providers with direct patient care activities
Obtain and document vital signs and patient information
Prepare treatment rooms and clinical equipment
Support patient transport and emergency response activities
Perform delegated clinical duties within scope of practice
Accurately document care using the EPIC electronic medical record system
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient patient care environment
QualificationsRequired
Current Emergency Department Technician experience
Current EPIC experience required (mandatory)
Ability to work rotating shifts
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency care setting
Commitment to patient safety and quality outcome
