The successful applicant will be responsible for specific portions of the forging, casting, coating, and machining business with Rolls‑Royce and will manage the overall account, building relationships internally and with the Customer. Position can be onsite at any US Engines location and also considers remote work. The ideal candidate has a commercial, technical, or engineering background with experience following contracts and managing account activity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the key primary working level customer interface for the Rolls‑Royce aerospace account Develop strong, trusting and collaborative relationships with key customer contacts Understand the customer's organization, products and markets, including priorities, issues and opportunities to position Howmet effectively Identify and prioritize customer business growth opportunities, leveraging key Howmet products, capacity and technical capabilities Develop and execute customer account plans to drive consistent commercial strategies, monitor effectiveness and improve overall business health Coordinate RFQ with Howmet sites, aligning capabilities with customer needs and complying with governance processes Prepare and oversee business reviews, including financial analysis, internal presentation, quote preparation, approvals, submittal and follow‑up Track and resolve open items with Howmet sites to satisfy customer requirements and provide dispute mediation Analyze customer scorecards, correlating quality and delivery performance with communication Oversee concurrent engineering and coordinate joint customer activities Manage customer contract terms, development, and maintenance, including price, portfolio management, alloy elemental management and economic indices tracking for compliance Support the annual Budget and Long‑Range Plan process with sites and the customer Coordinate customer meetings and related preparation with Howmet sites Monitor customer on‑time pay performance and coordinate with Credit organization as required Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required Minimum of 7 years sales and/or technical experience, with at least 3 years in aerospace Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; verification of employment eligibility required at hire; visa sponsorship not available Position requires U.S. person status for ITAR compliance (Citizen, Permanent Resident, Asylee or Refugee) Ability to travel 20% to 50% of the time domestically or internationally as required Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred Experience with forgings, investment castings, coatings or machining of metal components Exceptional written and oral communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects across all organization levels Demonstrated ability to develop effective customer relationships Knowledge of terms and conditions documents and commercial agreements Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related computer skills About Us Howmet Aerospace Inc.
