Job Description
We are currently hiring Injection Molding Operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts . Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and performing repetitive production and quality inspection tasks.
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 8–10 hours per shift .
- Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs .
- Frequently bend, kneel, stoop, and reach.
- Handle small parts and perform fine motor tasks with accuracy.
- Perform repetitive hand, arm, and wrist movements throughout the shift.
Job Duties
- Safely operate assigned injection molding machines.
- Maintain proper machine cycle times and production standards.
- Remove finished parts from molds manually or with robotic assistance.
- Inspect finished parts for visual defects and quality issues.
- Trim, clip, or assemble parts as required.
- Package finished parts according to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate production counts and records.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
