Litigation Paralegal

Assist and provide a range of legal support and administration to your assigned Attorney(s).
Compensation:$52,000 Salary commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:- Responsible for screening all attorneys’ calls, calendaring, and scheduling appointments.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda.
- Prepare correspondence.
- Build and maintain all client files.
- Attend client meetings, hearings, and trials as needed.
- Coordinate and prepare cases for hearings.
- Organize and track case files.
- Assist with trial preparation, including witness lists, exhibit lists, and trial binders.
- E-file all court filings.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Prior experience in this position is helpful but not required.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
