Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide vital outpatient/inpatient assessments, counseling, and care team services.

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties):

• Community-Based Care: Deliver high-quality therapy sessions in office settings, virtually (telehealth), or directly in clients’ homes and designated therapy locations.
• Assess & Treat: Conduct quick, accurate clinical assessments and design personalized treatment plans for clients adjusting to life after catastrophic events.
• Document Progress: Maintain thorough intake summaries, therapy notes, and documentation of all client communications.
• Collaborate: Partner with care teams, families, and outside specialists to ensure a holistic approach to rehabilitation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Michigan Licensure: Must hold one of the following active credentials: LMSW/LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LLP, TLLP, LMHC , or equivalent.
• On-the-Go Readiness: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance to travel to client locations.
• Clinical Strength: A clinical-behavioral background and/or experience working with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) is strongly preferred.
• Independence & Integrity: Ability to manage your own schedule, meet deadlines, and strictly adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Bonus Points If You:

• Are bilingual (Arabic fluency is a major plus!).
• Hold additional certifications in Substance Abuse, Gerontology, or Brain Injury.
