As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic technology, media, telecommunications, and logistics location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, observe and report unusual activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to employees, visitors, and vendors. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of broadcast, office, warehouse, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, visitor entry, deliveries, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed. Document daily activities, patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns through accurate reports and logs. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
