About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's next phase of profitable growth. The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, providing strategic and operational financial guidance. This includes managing the FP&A, Strategic Finance, and Accounting teams to deliver business insights, and financial analysis, and ensure disciplined budgeting and accurate forecasting. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of financial discipline, supporting high growth, and profitability, and will be expected to have a strong customer focus, empathy, and the ability to make decisions under uncertainty. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial leadership roles, with a proven track record of success. The role requires a leader with a systems thinking approach, an investor's mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit. While M&A experience is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader, a strong communicator, and will be adept at balancing high growth with financial discipline and intelligent risk-taking. The CFO will also be expected to partner with other departments to ensure their success and to champion the company's values in the market.
