Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and diagnoses, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.

• See a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, delivering therapeutic services through various modalities, including telehealth.

• Engage in team collaboration, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment efficacy and promote the overall mission of the clinic.

• Document session progress meticulously according to clinic protocols, including treatment plan reviews and case notes, to ensure continuity of care.

• Utilize creativity and innovative approaches in therapy interventions to help clients effectively meet and exceed their therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate communication and coordination of services with case managers, family members, and other professionals to create comprehensive support systems for clients.

Qualifications\n
