Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine manufacturing process design requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer expectations.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations using CAD software and simulation technologies to validate design decisions and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Mentor junior designers through structured training sessions and comprehensive design documentation, fostering continuous improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing designs with overall project objectives.
• Partner with quality assurance teams to uphold high standards through design reviews and validations.

Skill Requirements

• Strong understanding of manufacturing process planning principles and methodologies.
