Job Description

Job Title – Warehouse Supervisor

Location – 6540 Franz Warner Pkwy, Whitsett, NC 27377

Contract – 24 months contract (possibility to go perm)

Pay Range – $34 - $36 USD hourly on W2

Shift -1st: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, Mon–Fri

2nd: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, Mon–Fri

Weekend: Sat–Sun, 11:00 AM–12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Lead warehouse associates and meet daily fulfillment/shipping targets
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and train team members
Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy
Ensure safety, quality, and company procedures are followed
Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary
Track productivity and provide feedback
Support scheduling and workload planning
Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

2+ years warehouse/fulfillment experience
1+ year leadership/team lead experience
Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory systems, and safety
WMS and basic computer skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and peak-season demands
