Job Description Purpose: The Customization Specialist Temp is responsible for supporting the Customization team as they provide exceptional customer experience by adding meaningful personalization to Speech Generating Devices (SGDs) in a timely and accurate manner. This position is responsible for ordering trial loaner devices, initiating transfer requests, and expediting visibility of device update requests by monitoring the team's Inbox. Responsibilities: Submits shipping requests to order loaner devices Assigns template requests Monitors team Inbox and creates device update requests Runs playbook for Transfer Progress Uses HubSpot CRM to track and complete assigned tasks and document all relevant information Prioritizes responsibilities and proactively follows up on tasks May be required to perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong time management and task prioritization skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in task completion Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 1 year of office or administrative experience preferred Additional Information Work Environment & Physical Demands The incumbent works remotely from their home and is expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access. The ability to operate a computer with or without reasonable accommodation is required. Hours Part time, 20 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day. Travel Not required for a temporary role. Placement in the starting pay is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
