If these values resonate with you, consider joining our teamJob DescriptionKey Competency QualificationsTrack project work: receipt of project, hours spent on project, in-house, completion, and client due dateAssist in parsing large sets of qualitative and quantitative data, transferring PDF info to Excel for analysis when necessaryManage client site profiles, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information for each appraiser’s account profileAssist with client communications regarding assignment status and business circumstancesAssist with the management and generation of engagement agreementAssist with materials used for client presentationsPrepare and track expense reports for appraisers and projects, ensuring timely submission and accuracyEnsure appraiser qualifications are maintained and updated, including verifying credentials and ensuring compliance with relevant regulationsMaintain and organize files, including research, data, and completed reports, for easy access and referenceUpload completed reports to internal and client-facing platforms, ensuring all necessary documentation is included and accessibleEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree, or equivalent industry related experienceFamiliarity with commercial real estate concepts including property assessments and taxes, zoning, incentives, property values, and revenues & expenses is a plusThe ability to easily grasp new but basic real estate conceptsProficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Strong communication skills (verbal and written)A positive attitude, desire to collaborate in a team environment, sharing relevant information with colleagues and clientsProactively problem solve and remove obstacles that prohibit us from doing our best workUphold the V&A standards of respect, responsiveness and people first (colleagues and clients)Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
