Total Rewards Director: EPC Compensation & Benefits

S&B is seeking a Director of Total Rewards to lead the strategy, design, governance, and delivery of compensation, benefits, and incentive programs across a craft and professional workforce in an EPC environment.
You will partner with HRBPs, Finance, Payroll, and executive leadership to drive high-quality reward decisions, ensure compliance, and optimize program performance while supporting a hybrid work model.
