Legal Billing Coordinator

Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join their Financial Management Department in the New York office. This role offers a hybrid schedule, requiring regular in-office presence with flexibility for remote work. The Billing Coordinator will play a key role in managing client billing and e-billing processes while delivering excellent service to attorneys, staff, and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage billing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Minimum 5 years of billing and/or e-billing experience in a law firm or legal environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Experience with Rippe/SurePoint or Aderant is a plus. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Self-motivated and team-oriented with a professional demeanor. Ability to proofread and ensure the accuracy of client invoices. Must adhere to firm attendance policies and security protocols, whether working in-office or remotely.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
