Salary: $120,000–$145,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits This role is ideal for a strategic compensation professional with strong analytical skills, expertise in compensation frameworks, and the ability to partner with senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Lead compensation strategy, salary structures, and pay programs Advise leadership on salary decisions, promotions, and job leveling Manage job architecture, career ladders, and compensation frameworks Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analysis Oversee annual compensation planning cycles and audits Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations Partner with HR, Finance, HRIS, and IT teams on compensation systems and processes Deliver compensation insights and reports to leadership Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field 8+ years of compensation and program management experience Strong knowledge of compensation regulations and pay transparency practices Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP Advanced Excel and analytical skills Experience with job architecture, leveling, and compensation frameworks preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Generous PTO and paid holidays Paid parental leave Annual performance bonus Opportunity to join an innovative and rapidly growing company #J-18808-Ljbffr Outstanding People International
