Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Bilingual Mandarin HR / Administrative Assistant for an international technology company opening a brand-new facility in Irving, TX.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in Human Resources and Office Administration while helping launch a new operation from the ground up.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Semi-Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Previous office administration and/or HR experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, applicants, and vendors
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Schedule interviews and conference rooms
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents
- Maintain employee records and HR files
- Review employee timecards
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment
- Communicate with vendors and service providers
- Assist with employee events and company activities
- Coordinate business travel arrangements
- Support workplace safety documentation and administrative projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous HR or Administrative experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
