You enjoy helping others, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the safety and efficiency of community operations. You handle multiple responsibilities with ease and greet every visitor with a warm and welcoming attitude. Responsibilities Answer and direct all incoming phone calls Greet and direct all campus visitors Manage mail: Receive and distribute incoming and internal mail, packages, and deliveries, as well as outgoing mail, including HP mail to proper POAs as needed or instructed; prepare labels for IL mail boxes as residents admit or withdraw or move to another level of care Maintain POA label binder as needed Communicate effective among all departments across campus Manage all Guest Suite reservations; track and send invoicing to Billing Department Monitor fire and medical alarms Assist residents with copies, if needed Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Demonstrated customer service experience Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
