Work Environment

This position is set in a vibrant outpatient clinic designed specifically for pediatric therapy. Key Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will:

• Deliver tailored, developmentally appropriate physical therapy services to infants, toddlers, and children facing various conditions such as neuromuscular disorders, orthopedic concerns, genetic syndromes, and developmental delays.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and meticulously track patient progress to achieve functional goals promoting mobility, independence, and active participation in daily life.

• Incorporate creative play-based interventions that transform therapy sessions into enjoyable and motivating experiences for children, utilizing toys, games, and engaging activities.

• Work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams to provide thorough education on therapy techniques, home exercises, and coordinated care to ensure holistic treatment approaches.

• Maintain clear and concise documentation of patient interactions and progress using our user-friendly Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare guidelines.

• Participate actively in team meetings, professional development workshops, and continuing education opportunities aimed at enhancing clinical skills and promoting a culture of lifelong learning.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) to practice in California.

Compensation and Benefits
