Work Environment

You will join a collaborative team located in a beautifully appointed outpatient facility in Grass Valley. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients to evaluate their medical histories, present conditions, functional capabilities, and personal treatment goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring that they align with the patient's objectives and capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with patients to facilitate their understanding of the rehabilitation process, fostering their commitment to the proposed treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment methods, including education, progressive exercise prescription, and manual therapy techniques, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Regularly monitor and adapt treatment plans to reflect patients' progress, making modifications as necessary to ensure continued improvement.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all services rendered to patients, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Qualifications
