We operate globally across multiple facilities and report through two primary segments: Aerospace/Defense and Industrial.JOB TITLE/LOCATION:Manager – Corporate Systems– Oxford, CTKEY RESPONSIBILILTIES:Document and maintain end-to-end financial processes in a clear, audit-ready formatIdentify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and standardization opportunities, and drive improvementsPartner with Internal Audit to support SOX compliance, audit requests, and control enhancementsDefine and maintain user access controls and support governance over financial systemsServe as primary superuser for corporate financial systems (including CCH Tagetik)Administer user roles, permissions, and system configurationsTroubleshoot system and data issues; coordinate resolution with IT and external vendorsDefine functional requirements for system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations, and validate results post-deploymentSupport acquisition integration efforts, including system onboarding and process alignmentDesign, enhance, and automate financial and operational reporting across systems and toolsReconcile large datasets across multiple systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistencyDevelop and maintain reporting solutions using Excel, Power BI, and system-based toolsImprove data usability by standardizing data structures, definitions, and reporting outputsDefine, implement, and monitor key financial and operational performance indicatorsAnalyze trends and identify opportunities to improve performance and process efficiencyPrepare and deliver insightful reporting and analysis to support decision-makingAct as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholdersTranslate business needs into clear functional requirements and system solutionsSupport finance users with report development, data analysis, and system navigationProvide training and guidance to ensure consistent and effective system usageLead or support cross-functional finance system initiatives and process improvement projectsParticipate in implementations and enhancements from requirements definition through testing, deployment, and user trainingValidate system outputs through testing and reconciliation to ensure data integrity and reduce riskTrack progress and ensure successful delivery of initiatives in a lean, execution-focused environmentEDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field QUALIFICATIONS:Strong understanding of core accounting processes:Financial close and consolidationAP / AR cyclesInventory costing and valuationAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reconciliation, reporting)Detail-oriented with ability to document processes clearly and translate requirements into solutionsStrong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills, including ability to learn and master new softwareExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact across Finance and ITEXPERIENCE:Experience with CCH Tagetik or similar financial consolidation/reporting systemsExperience supporting or administering financial systems in a corporate environmentFamiliarity with Power BI or similar reporting toolsExposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Infor M3, Syteline)Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or integrationsWe offer competitive compensation and excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, and company matched 401k plan.RBC Bearings is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.Job SummaryRequisition Number: MANAG006446Job Category: Manager/SupervisorSchedule: Full-Time
