Staffing Coordinator

Work Schedule: This is a 0.7 FTE position. 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts between 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM will be scheduled. This will include 1:4 weekends. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Staffing Coordinator We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to: Build partnerships with various disciplines across the organization. Communicate sick calls, calculate and forecast future staffing needs. Critically think to allocate and assign resources to fill current daily staffing needs across nursing.
