2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Watteredge is looking for a dependable and motivated Production Worker to join our 2nd Shift Pressweld team. This hands-on position plays an important role in manufacturing high-quality copper products for our customers.

What You'll Do- Set up and operate Pressweld equipment and production machinery.
- Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, blueprints, and specifications.
- Load, position, and remove copper materials and components.
- Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
- Use basic measuring tools to verify product specifications.
- Monitor equipment and report mechanical, material, or quality concerns.
- Complete required production documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work with team members to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and production documentation.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Good handeye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to quality and detail.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
