Sales & Education Executive, Chicago

Overview House of Dreams opportunity in US Field Sales. The Sales and Education Executive drives total business development within a specific market by strategically executing brand programs across open sell retailers, notably Sephora and Ulta. The role focuses on achieving and exceeding sales plans and CRM benchmarks by account, developing brand ambassadors, building retailer relationships, and upholding the Dior brand image at the store level. A regular presence at the counter and in store elevates retail sales and client experience. Responsibilities Business Strategy: Develop and execute a territory-specific plan to achieve and exceed sales goals, aligned with brand strategy and focusing on revenue, market leadership, rank and penetration. Market Analysis: Partner with the Area Manager to prioritize decisions based on market, trends and competitive landscape; implement strategies to maximize business opportunities. Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance CRM, brand image, assortment, inventory and company ambitions. Omni-Channel Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retailer CRM programs and Dior.com to optimize the omni-channel client experience. Brand Image & Execution: Ensure brand image and 360° execution of product launches and visual merchandising are consistently upheld. Market Strategies: Develop weekly, monthly and annual market strategies to support business priorities and events. Budget Management: Optimize Selling Specialist productivity through strategic staffing, T&E reconciliation and maximizing in-store spend within allocated budgets. Profitability: Be accountable for profitability/ROI and aware of P&L implications where applicable; manage budgets and seek new avenues to drive incremental ROI. People Management & Development Leadership & Motivation: Lead, coach and motivate internal and external Brand Ambassadors to promote Dior values and achieve objectives while maintaining professional representation of the brand. Skill Enhancement: Enhance the skills and capabilities of Freelance associates, Market Leads, Multi-Brand Beauty Consultants and store teams, focusing on productivity goals using brand tracking tools. Talent Acquisition: Recruit, hire and develop talent, emphasizing retention and succession planning. Training & Processes: Ensure consistent rollout and execution of tools, products, services and brand elevation provided by Dior, including training follow-up. Field Support: Conduct regular field visits to coach brand teams, leverage high-potential doors and coordinate freelance support in outlying markets; coach Brand Ambassadors using sales techniques on the floor. Productivity Maximization: Maximize productivity within specialty-multi retailers through engagement, training, and leadership of freelance staff. Profile / Qualifications 5+ years of sales management and people leadership experience in a retail environment; luxury and/or cosmetics experience preferred.
