Palm Optical brings some of Europe's most distinctive eyewear to the U.S. market. Our portfolio includes CAZAL, the German design house famous for its daring, sculptural frames since 1975; CAVIAR, Italian-crafted luxury eyewear; and GOLIATH, a Dutch-made line built for larger fits with no compromise on style. We're part of the OWP Group, and we work with independent opticians and premium optical retailers nationwide.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• In the field: Visiting accounts on a regular schedule so every customer sees you often and feels supported.
\n

• Opening doors: Finding promising optical practices and retailers and turning first meetings into first orders.
\n

\n
• Growing partners: Spotting chances to expand collections and boost reorders with existing customers.
\n

\n
• Owning the display: Making sure frame boards, displays and point-of-sale materials show each brand at its best.
\n

\n
• Teaching the brands: Giving staff the product knowledge and confidence to recommend our frames to patients.
\n

\n
• Creating events: Organizing trunk shows and in-store events that bring in consumers and create buzz.
\n

\n
• Showing up at shows: Representing Palm at trade events across your region and nationally.
\n

\n
• Tracking results: Using sales data and reports to steer your plan, and keeping leadership informed about what you're seeing in the market.
\n

• Staying connected: Joining team calls, trainings and company projects.
\n

What You'll Need

\n
• At least 2 years in a sales role with results to show for it; optical, fashion or luxury background preferred.
\n

\n
• Excellent people skills, whether you're talking one-on-one or presenting to a room.
\n

\n
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
\n

\n
• Sharp judgment and creative problem-solving.
\n

\n
• Ability to travel most of the week, with frequent overnight trips.
\n

\n
• Ability to carry sample cases weighing up to 25 lbs.
\n

\n
• A valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
\n
