Adecco is partnering with a local Agricultural Food and Beverage company in their search for an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to oversee the financial operations of our winery and agricultural food and beverage company. This leadership role is responsible for managing all accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll oversight, cash management, and internal controls while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in winery, vineyard, agricultural, manufacturing, or food and beverage accounting, with a strong understanding of winery cost accounting from grape to bottle. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to provide financial analysis, operational insights, and strategic recommendations that support profitability, efficiency, and long-term growth.

 

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
