Accounting AssistantWe're hiring an Accounting Assistant in Seattle! We are partnering with one of the largest family-owned wholesale distributors in the Pacific Northwest known for their strong regional presence, decades of success, and continued growth across multiple western states. They're looking for an Accounting Assistant to join their team at the Interbay (Seattle) office. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting the accounting department with tasks like:Processing and paying operating expensesCredit card reconciliationsPreparing monthly spreadsheetsYear-end 1099 formsPayroll back-upGeneral office support & mail handlingDetails: $50,000–$55,000 base salary.
