Sr. Manager, Manufacturing Engineering

Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and develop manufacturing engineering team members
- Direct capital equipment acquisition, qualification, and commissioning activities
- Lead cross-functional teams implementing automated systems and validating performance
- Develop and monitor annual departmental budget and operational policies
- Drive equipment standardization and technology selection for operational scalability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 9 years of manufacturing engineering or related work experience
- Experience directing exempt specialists and supervisory staff
- Demonstrated project cost monitoring and resource management
- Experience developing work processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Master's degree preferred
Compensation: $129,300.00 – $258,700.00 base
