Inventory Management & Control Analyst - North America

Job Title Inventory Management&Control Analyst – North America Responsibilities Perform advanced analytics, problem solving, and execution support for inventory governance, control execution, and inventory accuracy across the North American Integrated Warehousing & Distribution network. Ensure controls are performed consistently, inventory data is accurate and auditable, and discrepancies between SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are identified, analyzed, and resolved. Collaborate with Warehouse Operations, 3PL partners, Finance, and Planning across US and Canada ORUs to support inventory accuracy initiatives. Document processes, analyze data flows, and drive closure on ambiguous issues in a high‑complexity environment with fragmented data flows and audit risk. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or equivalent with vocational education; no prior experience required with a Bachelor's degree. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational education in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations Research, or related field. Strong analytical judgment, disciplined documentation, ability to resolve ambiguous issues. Proficiency in supply chain management, data analysis and interpretation, data architecture, process improvement, statistical methods, business intelligence tools, database management systems (DBMS), structured query language (SQL), data warehousing (DW), regulatory requirements, and training delivery. Self‑motivated, passionate about data analytics, adaptable to business changes. Must be able to perform minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements. Pay & Benefits Pay range: $63,000 to $100,000 (TN). May vary based on experience and business needs. Additional compensation may include annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long‑term incentives.
