Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Establish and maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans, enhancing the overall effectiveness of treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
