What You'll Do

• Provide emergency medical care in a hospital setting for an average of 110 patients in 24 hours
• Work scheduled shifts including overnight (11 pm - 8 am) and daytime (3 pm - 12 am)
• Collaborate with hospital staff and follow protocols for patient care
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
• Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives as needed

What You Need

Required:

• Active California medical license
• DEA license
• BC or BE in Emergency Medicine or BE within 3-5 years of residency
• ABEM or ABEOM certification (will not accept ABIM/ABFM)
• CV for credentialing

Preferred:

• Previous emergency medicine experience in hospital settings
• Ability to work flexible and varied shifts
