This full-time position, based remotely, focuses on serving clients within a community health clinic setting in vibrant Las Vegas, Nevada. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, engaging with clients in both individual and group therapy sessions while enhancing their clinical acumen through direct supervision and training.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and therapy goals.

• Implementing and adjusting personalized treatment plans based on client feedback and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Associate Mental Health Counselor will primarily support adults and adolescents facing a broad array of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and behavioral challenges. Our clients often come from diverse backgrounds and may require culturally sensitive approaches in their treatment. Qualifications\n

• An active associate registration in Nevada as an AMFT, ASW, or CPC-Intern is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is mandatory; however, candidates with a Master’s degree will be prioritized.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a professional, dependable, and client-oriented demeanor.

• Ability to manage and track a consistent caseload effectively while adhering to deadlines.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical or counseling setting, particularly within a community health framework.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Previous experience in group therapy facilitation is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience and education.
