Radiant Mental Health Associates supports mental health professionals by offering in-house credentialing, management of insurance participation, and efficient scheduling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to evaluate their mental health status and treatment needs.

• Provide graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions tailored to the diverse requirements of each client.
\n
• Engage in clear and effective communication with related staff to discuss assessments, treatment strategies, and interdisciplinary care plans during meetings such as patient rounds.

• Display proficiency in addressing the physical, psychological, educational, social, and safety needs of clients across various demographics.
\n
• Offer case management services, collaborating with hospital and community professionals to provide comprehensive care for assigned patients.
\n
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and reports, maintaining ethical standards required for professional practice.
\n
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist clients in achieving their individualized treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse outpatient population, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges. Clients may include children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship conflicts. Your role is essential in providing personalized and impactful therapy that fosters resilience and promotes healing.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid clinical license, including but not limited to: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• Commitment to work between 10 to 40 hours per week or more, based on client needs and your availability.

Compensation and Benefits\n
