Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, which allows for flexible working hours while still maintaining the personal touch that is essential for effective therapy. We operate Monday through Saturday and encourage clinicians to create their own schedules to best align with their personal lives and professional commitments. Our in-house credentialing process and insurance management will support you in focusing more on client care and less on administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Radiant Mental Health Associates, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups, evaluating both emotional and behavioral conditions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect individuals’ needs, utilizing clinical interventions that are evidence-based and therapeutic.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions, employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities to enhance client engagement and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participating in patient rounds and regular meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans in a timely and ethical manner, adhering to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Provide case management services by liaising with other health professionals and community resources, ensuring clients have access to comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population that may include adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients often seek support dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychosocial stresses. Your role will be crucial in promoting mental well-being and fostering resilience within this community.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably within a mental health or community setting.

• Demonstrated skills in assessment, clinical interventions, and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Radiant Mental Health Associates offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Benefits include:
