Key Responsibilities\n \n li>\n

Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments on individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that you accurately identify their unique needs and challenges.

Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to ensure favorable patient outcomes.

Communicate regularly with interdisciplinary teams and document treatment progress, ensuring all staff are updated on the patient’s care plan through patient rounds and collaborative meetings.

Provide case management for assigned patients, coordinating care with other mental health and community service professionals to maximize support and resources available to your patients.

Maintain ethical standards and timely completion of documentation, adhering to the department's protocols and promoting efficient workflow.

\n Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing different mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, or life transitions. Your role will be crucial in assessing their needs and providing them with the appropriate interventions and support to foster their recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n \n li>\n

A current and valid license is required, including Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
